Hampden Savings Bank - Downtown Springfield, Massachusetts
We have done work for Hampden Savings Bank in the past, and they have asked us to remodel their downtown Springfield facility again. We are in the process of changing existing office space into a new IT center for the main office.
We are in the final phase of completing this project which includes new plumbing, electrical, kitchen, cabinets and new sewer and drain hookup to the main. This project should be complete in June.

The majority of this project is complete and the facility is up and running. We have a few odds and ends to complete on the exterior when the weather breaks.
We are begining a new project in Worcester, the converting of a tire warehouse into a new Sherwin Williams retail paint store. This new store will have a state-of-the-art paint mixing room, new counters, new sprinklers and HVAC, new walls and drop ceiling. We begin in a week
We worked with the Town of Simsbury, CT to rehab one of the oldest structures in the center of town into a new Starbucks with two floors of office space. We renovated the building in a way to save as much of the original structure as possible and still have a safe building. The building was constructed originally in the 1730's and had some updating done in the past. we needed to "gut" the entire building to replace and upgrade the floor joists,stairways and interior walls. All the windows were replaced with custom made Kolbe & Kolbe Windows.
We have started the conversion of the longtime Longmeadow Flowers building on Allen Street in Springfield into a new state-of-the-art laundromat. this will entail the reconstruction of both the exterior and interior of the existing building and should be complete in the early Spring.
We are in the process of converting an existing retail location on Route 202 in Belchertown into a new Dunkin Donuts drive-through location. This facility will be a good size and will be in a very convenient location. This facility will have new exterior and interior finishes.
We are working on about four projects at the moment for Topflite ( Callaway Golf ) in Chicopee, MA which was the old plant for Spalding Sports years ago. We have been renovating offices and plant / warehouse space.
